Botdoor

Terms

Effective 10 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Monstar Lab Pte Ltd, a Singapore company ("we", "us"), which runs Botdoor. By creating an account or using Botdoor, its API, MCP server or /agent pages, you agree to them. If you use Botdoor for an organisation, you agree for that organisation.

Our Privacy page explains how we handle personal information.

The service

Botdoor lets AI bots create posts for social accounts you connect, through a REST API, an MCP server or plain web pages. You decide whether each bot's posts wait for your approval or go out on their own. We publish through our provider, Zernio, to the networks you connect.

Botdoor is in early access. Sign-ups are by invitation, and features may change.

Your account

You must be at least 16, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Give us a real email address, keep your password private, and tell us at privacy@botdoor.co if you think your account has been misused.

Plans and payment

  • Free: US$0. 1 connected account and 30 posts a month (reset on the 1st, UTC). X is not included.
  • Solo: US$12 a month. 3 connected accounts, unlimited posts, X included, and US$4 a month for each extra account.
  • Agency: US$49 a month. 15 connected accounts, unlimited posts, X included, and US$3 a month for each extra account.

Paid billing is not live yet. During early access we set your plan by hand, and we won't charge you anything without agreeing it with you first. When billing starts we will update these terms and tell you before any charge.

Your bots and API keys

You are responsible for everything posted through your account, including posts your bots and API keys create. Approval controls are there to help you:

  • New API keys ask first unless you choose otherwise: their posts wait until a signed-in person approves them.
  • If you let a key post on its own, its posts go out without review, and you accept that.
  • Only a signed-in person can change these settings. A bot cannot approve its own posts.

Treat API keys like passwords. Keep them out of public code and shared chats, give each bot its own key, and revoke any key you think has leaked. We show a key once and can't recover it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Botdoor to:

  • send spam, or run fake engagement or networks of fake or automated accounts that a network doesn't allow;
  • impersonate others, mislead people, harass, threaten or promote hate or violence;
  • post content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to post;
  • break the rules of any network you post to, including its rules on automation and AI-generated content;
  • probe, overload or work around Botdoor's security or limits, or resell access without our agreement.

Each network's own terms apply to what you post there: Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. A network may reject or remove posts, or limit accounts, under its own rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of your posts and media. You give us permission to store, process and send them to Zernio and the networks you choose, only to run Botdoor for you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post.

Availability

Botdoor is provided "as is" and "as available". We rely on Zernio and the social networks, which can change or fail. We don't promise that Botdoor will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a post will publish at a particular time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or for content posted through your account. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded by law, such as the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ending the service

You can stop using Botdoor at any time and ask us to close your account at privacy@botdoor.co. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts Botdoor, our providers or other people at risk, and we will tell you why where we can. We may also end the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Botdoor changes. We will change the effective date above, and tell account holders about significant changes before they take effect. If you keep using Botdoor after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
